Fitness and Return to Work Guidelines

Does having recovered from a disease or an injury imply Fit to Return to Work?

Interactive sessions of intensive training and case studies using the Medical Disability Guidelines

This program runs for 8 hours and has the content fit enough to allow the clinician to be adequately empowered to understand the process of determining fitness and return to work.
Often relying on the MDGuidelines, the process starts with understanding the inherent demands of the job, and culminates in the decision making on whether an employee should be returned to pre-disease/injury state work functions or not.
